Companies come to us to get proven tools and expert advising to achieve revenue and operations improvements, major growth steps and long-term business building. Frequently, our clients have social and sustainability goals they want to enhance their brand. Understanding client needs as a business owner and an individual with a unique point-of-view are top priorities. We draw on many disciplines, tools, and appreciation of cultural perspectives to address clients’ needs and wants.
All clients complete a Business Growth Overview Questionnaire to create a snapshot of the whole company, understand the needs for improvement, readiness for growth or progress to successful exit. With a consultant the client explores options to proceed to a business capabilities development program, advising or a specific project proposal. The consultant prepares a proposal for approval. The contract for services is completed. The proposal includes a project plan, pricing and other terms as agreed to with the client. Then the engagement can proceed based on the project plan which may be updated, if necessary, over the course of the project.
The consultant and clients work as partners. The client makes the key decisions, and the consultant role is as trusted expert in their field, advisor, and facilitator of decisions. Our team focuses on building customer relationships
Our fees are at a fair market rate for small and mid-size business services. We do have to support the company, staff, and contractors adequately. We do work with clients to make services affordable.
We are seeking sponsors to make it possible for our company to deliver programs and services to overlooked and low-income owners.
