All clients complete a Business Growth Questionnaire to create a snapshot of the whole company and needs for improvement are readiness for the next stage of growth or progress over the life cycle. The review of the questionaire with a consultant offers the client the choice to proceed to a business capabilities development program or individual advising on a specific project. The consultant prepares a proposal for approval, A contract for services is completed. All proposal include a project plan, pricing and other terms. Then the engagement can proceed based on the project plan which may be updated if necessary.

The consultant and clients work as partners. The client makes the key decisions and the consultant.stays in the role as trusted advisor and facilitator of decisions. we focus on building customer relationships.

Our fees are below large consulting company levels, but we do have to support the company, staff and contractors We do our best to make services affordable. We are seeking sponsors to provide partial fee coverage for overlooked and low income owners.

Darlene Crane taught in M.B.A. level courses for over a decade where she developed and tested tools to improve business performance and decisions. She identtified which tools had the biggest impact on student skills development and career advancement. Graduates of her cohort programs from 2008-2015, about 60+ busineeses, shared data on key idicators especially gross revenue since that is number one indicator of small business growth. All cients are trained in understanding their financial and operating indicators relevant to their industry and specialties. Darlene has a Master's degrees in Information Science, Social Science and an MBA in Finance with an emphasis on field research.
